Correct. The singer is Hironobu Kageyama. Aside from singing songs for DBZ, he also sang OP themes for Soul Taker, Getter Robo Armageddon, and Gravion, among several other anime and tokusatsu shows. He is known as the Prince of Anime Singers and is the current member of JAM Project.
