Yeah, but can Silva actually take a big hit? Have we ever seen Silva get rocked, then come back? That is the question....He sure has the reach advantage on Fedor and is alot quicker, but can he withstand the punching power if he gets hit?

agreed. however silva and fedor are actually quite similar in size. Fedor fights at around 230 lbs without cutting any weight while silva walks naturally at around 215. Silva already has a 3 inch height advantage over Fedor. And he looks pretty damn big sparring with Big Nog.

Barnett having a chance? Remember, Sylvia thought he had a good chance to and you see what happened, no way will Barnett win, no disrespect to him he is a real good fighter but nothing compared to Fedor, they need a very fast fighter that is quick on his feet, like Anderson Silva with an extra 30lbs, because we all know how small Silva is, if he gets hit with a bomb from Fedor its lights out.

There really is nobody. Not right now. It'll take some new guy 5 years to develop and Fedor 5 years for his skills to diminish. Barnett maybe has some chance, but not much.

Fedor has already made it in the Hall of Fame in my book. He's beat the best there is nothing to prove anymore, he will beat Randy, then Josh barnett, then who? They need to put Fedor up against someone who is really quick on there feet.

Both sides had their demands that weren't met. Fedor wanted to compete in russian sambo championships, ufc didn't want him to, among other stuff but the ufc heavyweight division is crap right now anyway, the ufc offered him the most amount of money but fedor didn't like the exclusiveness of the contract and he doesn't like dana too much, he recently called him "inadequate and he says what he wants to hear not what is reality"
